Bus tour
What an adventure we had today!
We were collected by an open top bus this morning, and we were taken on a tour through the historic and famous streets of Bristol. We then walked across the Suspension Bridge and some of us were even brave enough to look down!
We thoroughly enjoyed learning about this amazing city and feel very lucky to live here.

Balloon release.
We had such fun today, releasing our balloons!
Hopefully, some of our balloons will be found by people who decide to write back to us.
Whilst walking to the swimming pool this afternoon, we were all making predictions about how far our balloons could travel....we will have to wait and see!

Stonehenge
In art this term, we have been studying sculptures. We have carried out research into the local heritage site, Stonehenge.
In the art room, we had great fun with clay and here are some of our attempts at Stonehenge replicas.

Literacy erupts in Y3
This week, we have been focusing on instructions in Literacy. To link with our topic, and to the excitement of our volcanologists in school, we made a volcano! Here are a few pictures of the volcano in the making. If you would like to find out how to make your very own volcano then keep checking this blog. Year Three will reveal their instructions soon...
